Allen Hardwicke is a second generation water well contractor. Allen began working as a driller for his stepfather Carl Stiles in 1965. In 1975 Allen, together with his wife Chloe, decided to open their own well drilling company. They worked from their home for many years until they moved to an office they rented in Umatilla, Florida. Throughout the years their business continued to grow and succeed. In 1984 they moved their office again to our current location in Altoona, Florida.
In 1989 their son, Reggie Hardwicke, began working after school as a pump service technician. After high school Reggie made the decision not to attend college, but to put his efforts into continuing the family business.
Stacy Hardwicke joined the company in 1993 doing part time clerical work, which later turned into a permanent position in the company and in the family.
Today the company is owned and operated by Reggie and Stacy. We bring to the table several generations of vast experience and knowledge in all aspects of the trade. We believe this is what has given us the opportunity to provide our customers the service they have come to know and expect from Allen's Well Drilling, Inc.
